Limeflower Wellbeing workshops will be starting in December 2021 via zoom!
The workshops aim to build a community of like-minded people together, to learn a range of mindset techniques, to help you reframe your thinking, calm your mind and reset.
Each workshop will include a deep relaxation/visualisation where you can relax, unwind and embed positive suggestions and attitude for your week ahead. 2022 Dates to follow
