Hi, I am Clare and welcome to Lime Flower Wellbeing

If you are hoping to make some lasting and positive changes in your life in a natural and relaxing way, you have come to the right place.
I offer bespoke sessions and workshops using a range of therapeutic techniques suited to your needs. Using what is termed a ‘solution focussed’ approach to our sessions, my aim is to empower you to take control over your own wellbeing; learning a range of tools and techniques you can take away with you as your ‘’tool kit’, supporting you to thrive and ultimately lead a happy and healthy life.

At times we may require some guidance to enable us to become clear of the direction we want to take and working together enhances the possibilities of creating permanent change. Once we have the right tools and mindset, we can rediscover our natural wellbeing, live the life we deserve and in turn influence those around us in an authentic way.

Having worked for 20 years with a range of client groups in social care and since 2014, having trained in a range of specialisms including Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Positive Psychology, Neurolinguistic Programming and Cognitive Behaviour techniques, I have developed a personalised style which incorporates a range of these tools in a person centred way, helping you to achieve your goals in a relaxed way.

I also understand from personal experience, the impact of ‘’burnout’’ when pushing ourselves too hard, whilst juggling too many things at once, caring for others, or not prioritising ourselves. Within my sessions you will learn techniques that you can use throughout your life, to calm you, clear your mind, enhance your concentration and improve your physical and mental health.

I specialise in Life Coaching, Hypnobirthing, Smoking Cessation, Calming the Mind Sleep Support, Confidence and Public Speaking and Overcoming Exam Nerves; however I can also help with a range of other issues tailored to your needs.

Consultation and Sessions

Due to the current pandemic, I currently offer virtual sessions via zoom from the comfort of your home, where you can relax in your own surroundings and embed these new positive changes and mindset into your life.
I offer a free 30 minute initial telephone or zoom consultation where I explain how the sessions work, how many sessions are likely to be required, decide which approach feels right for you, and to answer any questions you have. This is also your opportunity to get a feel as to whether you would like to book any further sessions with me.
