Life Coaching

Life coaching can offer you the space to reevaluate your life, make positive changes, shift your perception, support you to gain confidence and enable you move forward. The sessions I offer aim to empower you to take control over whatever you feel is holding you back, by gaining a positive mindset, clear direction and by developing your self-belief and desire to achieve your goals.

As a life coach, I can support with areas related to health and emotional wellbeing, placing boundaries, confidence building, embracing change, self-esteem and ultimately finding out what you really want to do with the next stage of your life.

We will work together using coaching tools and techniques based on cognitive behaviour therapy, solution focused approaches, neuro-linguistic programming and resilience coaching. All these techniques can help you let go of limiting beliefs, build on your strengths, reframe your mindset and inner dialogue and enable you to let go and fulfil your aspirations.

I will initially carry out a 30 minute free telephone or zoom consultation, where we can discuss what you hope to achieve. In the first session we can build a personalised framework, explore your goals, set realistic targets and time frames and build on your vision of your future self.

The further coaching sessions will enable you to gain a new perspective, celebrate successes, step out of your comfort zone, find what motivates and inspires you, explore your skills and gifts and use the tools that resonate with you to move forward. By working together, I will develop a bespoke programme that empowers you to create new possibilities, where you dreams turn into reality.
