If you are hoping to make some lasting and positive changes in your life in a natural and relaxing way, you have come to the right place.
I offer bespoke hypnotherapy and coaching sessions using a range of therapeutic techniques suited to your needs. Using what is termed a ‘solution focused’ approach to our sessions my aim is to empower you to take control over your own wellbeing.
You will learn a range of tools you can take away as your ’tool kit’, supporting you to thrive and ultimately lead a happy and healthy life. These will help you reframe your thinking and mindset & embed positive suggestions; enabling you to feel calm and at ease. These include self-hypnosis, cognitive behaviour techniques, neuro-linguistic programing, mindfulness and visualisations.
At times we may require some guidance to enable us to become clear of the direction we want to take and working together enhances the possibilities of creating permanent change. Once we have the right tools and mindset, we can rediscover our natural wellbeing, live the life we deserve and in turn influence those around us in an authentic way.
I specialise in calming the mind for stress reduction and anxiety, hypnobirthing, smoking cessation, sleep support, confidence & public speaking and exam support. I can also help with a range of other issues and will develop a personalised programme for you.

I offer virtual sessions via zoom and face to face sessions at The Practice Rooms in Hove, where you can relax and embed these new positive changes and mindset into your life.
I offer a free 30 minute initial telephone or zoom consultation where I explain how the sessions work, how many sessions are required, decide which approach feels right for you, and to answer any questions you have. This is also your opportunity to get a feel as to whether you would like to book any further sessions with me.
