Hi, I am Clare and welcome to Limeflower Wellbeing

If you are hoping to make some lasting and positive changes in your life in a natural and relaxing way, you have come to the right place.

As a cognitive therapist based in Brighton and Hove, I use what is termed a ‘solution focused’ approach to our sessions to enable you to identity your goals, outcomes and find solutions to reach these.

You will learn new ways to change your mindset, feel more positive, empowered and the techniques you learn will help you reframe your thinking, embed positive suggestions and feel more relaxed.

My main specialism is supporting people to reduce stress, anxiety and to prevent and overcome burnout. I know from personal experience the detrimental impact of this and I can enable you to build more resilience and find new ways of responding to stress.

My sessions and workshops help people change habitual patterns of worry, overthinking, rumination and find bespoke ways to enable you to make changes in your mindset, behaviour and routines; to enhance your emotional wellbeing.

I am also trained in smoking cessation, sleep support, confidence & public speaking, exam support and hypnobirthing and develop bespoke sessions according to your needs and preferences. 

Working together enhances the possibilities of creating permanent change and the techniques I use include cognitive hypnotherapy, cognitive behaviour techniques, neuro-linguistic programming, mindfulness and positive psychology. 

I facilitate these sessions via zoom or face to face sessions at The Practice Rooms in Hove, where you can relax and embed these new positive changes and mindset into your life.

I offer a free 45 minute initial telephone or zoom consultation where we discuss your goals and ways I can support you. This is also your opportunity to get a feel as to whether you would like to book any further sessions with me.
